This Data Safety Policy explains how Finance Tracker Pro handles, secures, and protects your data. The Pro version is a premium, completely ad-free application, optimized for maximum security and complete confidentiality.
🔒 Core Privacy Rule: All your financial transactions, incomes, expenses, categories, and
budget targets are stored locally on your device in a secure offline SQLite database. We do
not collect, share, or upload your financial data to any external server.
1. Data Collection and Sharing Overview

2. Data Security Practices
Your financial security is our highest priority, utilizing these safety standards:
- Encryption in Transit: Any diagnostic and performance logs sent to Google Firebase servers are encrypted in transit using secure transfer protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
- Sandboxed Local Storage: Your local database resides inside Android's private directory sandbox. It cannot be accessed by other apps on your device and is protected by device-level OS encryption.
3. Data Deletion Rights
You have full, absolute control over all your stored data:
- Local Data: You can completely and permanently delete all your financial records at any time by tapping Delete icon in Edit Transaction History inside the App Settings, or by clearing the app storage inside your Android settings.
- Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the application instantly and permanently erases all of your local transaction databases from your device sandbox.
- No Accounts to Delete: Since the app operates entirely offline and does not require account creation, logins, usernames, or email registrations, there are no online profiles or user accounts to delete. You remain entirely anonymous.
